**Salary**: £15,000 - £20,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Job type: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

We are looking for a dedicated and committed individual who can provide a high standard of service to all of our customers.

We currently have an exciting vacancy within our lettings team so are looking for someone who loves to be on the move meeting people and wants to build, maintain and expand relationships.

If you like your day to be varied, working both in and out of the office then our position of lettings administrator should appeal.

The position offered requires an enthusiastic, motivated individual who can work from both legislation procedures and initiative by carrying out all administration duties required in the property rental process.

The role will be to liaise with not just tenants and landlords but also contractors when needed to arrange the maintenance and upkeep of properties so excellent communication skills are essential.
