Jobber Projects Limited are a large tiling and stone contractor based in Epping, Essex. We supply and fit to large construction projects in London and surrounding counties. We are a family run, close

We are currently looking to employ a highly organised and self
- motivated individual as an Office Administrator, in our expanding business.
- do attitude and must be a team player as well as an excellent self
- starter.

You must be able to provide a high level of customer care when speaking to homeowners and clients. You will have excellent PC skills with a good understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Word, a good working knowledge of Excel and Teams.

You will have previous experience of working within an office environment within a similar role and will be educated to GCSE level or above. Knowledge of the construction industry is advantageous but not essential.

Daily tasks include but are not limited to:

- Producing written communications to a high standard of written English,
- Communicating with Site Managers regarding booking in jobs as and when required,
- Providing a high level of Customer Care when liasing with homeowners and residents when booking in work,
- Planning work schedules for stone fitters and factory staff and uploading these to the required system in order to organise daily works,
- Marking off jobs/projects as complete,
- Ordering and reserving materials as necessary,
- Implementing an organised and effective system of filing,
- Implementing an effective administrative system to track contractual information from start to finish,
- Organising and tracking of staff holidays,
- Creating the training matrix and updating sub
- contractor’s details,
- Producing various Health & Safety and Maintenance documentation,
- Answering the phone and directing calls,
- Finance: sending invoices for payment and chasing payments,
- Involvement in our various Social Media platforms and helping us to expand our social media presence,
- Any ad
- hoc duties as and when required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Freelance

**Salary**: Up to £25,000.00 per year
