Office Administrator Assistant

Full time Office Administrator required for Company in Epping, Essex. Local hires preferred. We are looking for a self motivated, reliable individual who is experienced with performing office based work. **Please note that this is not a remote position. The office administrator will be required to work on-site at our location.**
**Duties**
- Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office
- Taking dictation and typing letters
- Finding files in the office and bringing to Director
- Putting Files away
- Printing of documents
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Coordinate and schedule appointments
- Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced
**Skills**
- Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and office management practices
- Professional phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
**Salary**: £22,372.00-£23,460.00 per year
