We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator / Service Coordinator to join our team at AWD online. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule Fire and Security Engineers to bookings and projects on a day-to-day basis
- Provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for clients
- Organize servicing / maintenance programmes, issue contracts, and ensure compliance is achieved
- Assist with administrative tasks, including typing letters, making appointments, and follow-up appointments
- Monitor and control small reactive jobs
- Communicate with clients throughout jobs to ensure they are up to date with current job status
- Arrange access for Fire and Security Engineers to specific sites as required
- Answer queries from clients, Fire and Security Engineers, and management
- Use IT systems, keeping them up to date and compliant
- Order materials required for relevant tasks and projects
- Previous experience working as a Facilities, Service, Repair, or Maintenance Coordinator or Resource and Engineer Scheduling Administrator / Coordinating Assistant
- Good communication, customer service, and administrative skills
- Excellent planning and organization skills
- A reasonable knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Word and Outlook packages
- Ability to use bespoke software CRM package (training will be provided)
- Ability to work as a team but also independently
- Will require own transport due to office location
