**Job Title: Personal Assistant / Office Manager**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Executive Support**:

- Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Prepare and organise documents, presentations, and reports for the CEO.
- Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- **Office Management**:

- Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and a positive work environment.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, anticipating needs and placing orders as necessary.
- **Travel Coordination**:

- Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for the CEO and colleagues.
- Ensure seamless travel experiences by coordinating with relevant parties.
- **Meeting Coordination**:

- Plan and coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and agenda preparation.
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion
- **Finance**:

- Assist with invoicing and baking.
- Manage expenses and expense reporting.
- Manage VAT receipts.

**EverHire are happy to consider someone at an entry or junior level, however someone experienced is preferred.**

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Office Manager.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience supporting C-level executives is highly desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
