**The role**:
As an HR and Recruitment Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in our talent acquisition efforts, taking full responsibility for our recruitment process while also supporting all areas of the HR function. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the delivery of our business and HR strategy.
**Responsibilities**:
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process:
- Partnering closely with hiring managers to identify talent needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Producing job descriptions
- Managing CV submissions, updating databases, hiring managers and applicants
- Producing employment offers, seeking references, obtaining new starter documentation to ensure right to work, employee onboarding and inductions
- Supporting the coordination of new apprenticeship documentation
- Providing recruitment statistics, including market feedback and benchmarking
- Ongoing review of benefits, proposing enhancements
- Supporting the coordination of work experience, placements, Next Gen and career talks/fairs
- Providing support to the HR Manager and assisting with employee relations:
- Compiling reports as required
- Assist with the ongoing development of the HR strategy
- Supporting the Payroll Process Manager to ensure the HR database is kept updated with all employee information, inclusive of holiday and sickness
- Arranging renewals of RICS corporate membership, iSurv subscriptions, magazines, business parking permits etc where needed
- Providing support with L&D activities when required
- Assisting with ensuring policies, practices, procedures and Employee Handbook are kept updated
- Providing guidance/support to Partners, senior management and employees on ER, policies etc
- Supporting RBS initiatives where needed
- Facilitating employee engagement, including staff workshops
- Supporting the business with employee engagement initiatives to provide a positive employee experience.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience of recruitment and onboarding, with a good understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Experience providing HR administrative support and advice would be an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and experience dealing with multiple stakeholders such as internal staff, partners, external providers and consultancies
- Appropriate educational background, including GCSE grades ideally in English, Maths and ICT at grade C or above
- CIPD qualified
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Basic HR knowledge would be preferred, with the desire to develop within the role.
