**The Role**
We're on the look out for a part
- time Talent Partner on an 9 month fixed term contract to cover a maternity leave in our brood. If you are a talent specialist, an in-house recruitment superstar or someone with previous technology experience that might be looking for a change in direction then keep reading
For those that haven't already heard at Aflac we help people cover medical expenses beyond their standard health insurance, and when they come to us they really need us. So in Belfast, our team are building great technology to support these customers in their time of need.
This is a Part Time position - you can work 3 full days or 22.5 hours per week over a different working pattern.
**The Team**
**What You'll Be Doing**
- Working closely with our Head of Talent and Culture to deliver on our talent acquisition strategy
- Getting to know our talented tech teams in order to understand hiring requirements and future growth plans
- Conducting talent attraction activities using a combination of methods including networking, social media, online job sites & recruitment events
- Working with 3rd party suppliers
- Working with our HR partner to ensure all onboarding documentation has been prepared and sent, as well as scheduling onboarding sessions to welcome new team members
- Monitoring the progress and success of new employees by acting as a key point of support

**What You Need to Have**
**_Essential_**
- At least 3 years experience working within a fast-paced recruitment environment (either in-house, RPO or Agency)
- An effective and influential communicator
- Your organisation skills showing how can manage conflicting priorities, work under pressure and deliver to deadlines
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to quickly establish credibility with people
- An ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in a professional & discreet manner
- A sense of fun We do serious work but don’t take ourselves too seriously
**_Desirable_**
- 3rd level qualification
- Previous tech recruitment experience
