Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about continuous learning and growth.

You will support the People Business Partners in driving the People agenda, providing accurate HR advice and guidance to colleagues in support of day-to-day management of the employee lifecycle.

The role involves project work and utilizing data to deliver meaningful insights, making it an ideal fit for someone with previous HR Advisor experience and a solution-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support People Business Partners on various topics, including employee relations cases.
  • Monitor, analyze, and manage absence, identifying trends and proposing solutions as necessary.
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes, conducting first-day inductions, employee check-in meetings, and probation process tracking.
  • Collaborate with People team colleagues in Operations and L&D to enhance continuous process improvement and support project delivery.
  • Participate in various change initiatives, programs, and policies to innovate systems and processes.
Salary

The estimated salary for this position is approximately $65,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent HR administration skills, with experience managing and advising on all stages of the employment lifecycle.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • The ability to build and maintain relationships, working cross-functionally and confidently with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience delivering and navigating change is desirable.
  • Familiarity with SuccessFactors and Bridge systems would be beneficial.
  • A CIPD qualification or working towards one is desirable but not essential.
