As the Customer Support Coordinator, you will be hands on working within the Customer Service team as the primary interface for customers delivering the highest levels of service to meet SLAs and targets. **Customer Support Coordinator Responsibilities**:

- Manage the end-to-end customer service delivering an exceptional experience within agreed KPIs and SLAs
- To record all customer interactions within company systems
- Effective use of company IT tools as provided and requires
- Take ownership of customer issues through to resolution
- Working within agreed escalation process for service issues
- Have a clear understanding of contractual obligations for each customer
- Accurate collation of monthly billing for customers
- Work in a commercially efficient manner
- Building strong working relationships with contracted customers and internal service providers

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Good working knowledge of MS Office packages and office systems
- Proven customer service experience
- Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
- Excellent oral and communication skills
- Good organisational and planning skills
- Must have the ability initiative to resolve problems
- Self motivated, positive and a proactive attitude
- Accuracy and attention to detail
