**About the role**

The IT Co-ordinator will support the Head of IT Delivery in duties around the control and tracking of Hardware, Software and Assets across the Jigsaw24 estate. This will include hardware lifecycle management, software licensing, management of vendors, renewals, and ensuring accurate records are maintained of IT Systems. In addition the IT Co-ordinator will support Project Delivery by assisting on larger transformation projects or running smaller initiatives at the discretion of the Head of IT Delivery

**Key Activities and responsabilities**:

- Hardware Asset Management/Reporting, maintaining accurate hardware assets records, Stock management, disposals, approving adhoc repairs for out of warranty kit, checks on collections of leaver assets, device refresh scheduling
- Vendor Management, including maintaining vendor list, contract docs, renewals management
- Software Asset Management & Analysis including software request approval checks, reviewing usage
- Documentation: processes & help guides
- Audit activity supported by data from relevant departments to include Managed Services Response times, aged tickets, User AD accounts, not accessed in 30/60/90 days, disabled accounts, Device MDM enrolment. Mobile phone usage, high data usage
- Project Coordination, UAT coordination, basic task coordination working with the Head of IT Delivery
- Initial Review of IT requests / project queue /changes and performing allocation
- Working with the management team to schedule reviews and update the IT risk register
- Ad-hoc raising of Purchase order request

**Skills knowledge and experience**:

- Minimum of 5 GCSE’s grade A to C including Maths & English
- College or ALevel qualifications are desirable
- Proficient communicator able to converse with end users, managers and senior leaders as required
- Collaborative approach being willing to work across different department and stakeholders in order to fulfil duties
- 2 years experience in a similar role such as Project coordination, Administation activities in an IT environment
- Experienced in the use of the Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel, Word and Outlook, MS Teams
- Fundamental Level knowledge of IT systems - Desktop computing, Networking, Server, Storage, Cloud solutions

**Desirable**:

- Prince2 Foundation qualification or similar
- ITIL foundation qualfication
