Operations Co-ordinator

Here at UPP we have an opportunity for an Operations Coordinator to provide proactive support, project management, coordination and administration of the annual operational cycle to enable efficiency of our Residential Services Senior Leadership Team.
The main responsibilities of the role include:
- Initiate and maintain office administrative systems
- Provide an effective and customer focused point of contact for internal and external enquiries
- Diary coordination and travel management for the Operations team
- Assist in the event logistics, including collating and formatting presentations, workshop packs and supporting materials for national and regional meetings and events
- Maintain portfolio wide and regional action trackers covering actions arising from internal and external audits and site based plans
- Manage the co-ordination of meetings, including liaising with clients, provision of papers and production of minutes whilst maintaining confidentiality at all times
- Assist the Operations team in the production of various reports
- Provide administrative and project co-ordination support for any new projects and support to sites during the busy out-take and intake period
- Act as the lead for Management Information requests and internal liaison with the IT teams and data analysts to maintain and improve PowerBI dashboard reports
- Provide research support as directed by the Operations team
- Maintain a library of all commercial documents for the portfolio and be responsible for version control
This role is based in Nottingham with travel to our regional sites and head office in London when required.
We are looking for a highly organised, professional and efficient administrator with experience of working in a fast paced commercial environment, focussed on providing support and delivering information to a senior management team.
An attention to detail and confidentiality are pre-requites of the role, along with having an excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
You will have a ‘can do’ attitude with excellent communication, people, and organisational skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate a busy workload to meet deadlines.
