A great opportunity has arisen at our Long Eaton Head office to join our operations team as a Care Co-ordinator. We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team and work in supportive environment.

**You will be required to**:

- Co-ordinate and manage staff rotas.
- Ensure that commissioned hours are delivered.
- Budget management of staff hours
- Match the right support worker with the right service user.
- Assist the operations team.
- Respond and resolve client queries.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure capacity is fulfilled on all schedules and inductions are scheduled accordingly with the training team.
- Have excellent organisation skills.
- Be able to work under pressure.
- Be part of an on-call team working 1 week out of 4 which is paid at an extra £100 pound.
- Ensure that all working practices are conducted in a manner that is safe to Service Users and Support Staff

**You will need**:

- Previous experience of working in a community-based / supported living setting as you know the rota can be forever changing.
- Experience of scheduling rotas
- Excellent customer service skills, including over the phone
- The ability to be able to work as a team but also independently using own initiative
- Strong attention to detail
- To be able to adapt to an incredibly face paced environment and work under pressure
- To be IT literate, with the ability to learn new software quickly
