Dona Lorena Ltd, a new up and coming high end furniture company is launching their opening of a newbuild showroom shortly and is seeking an experienced Business Co-ordinator to help co-ordinate the day to day operations of the business as well as assisting the sales person in the growth and sales of the company.

The role is suited to an experienced Business Co-ordinator ideally from within the furniture or upholstery sector with proven demonstration of their ability to liaise with customers, telephone calls, co-ordinate visitor appointments, customer feedback, etc.

Work will include speaking to interior designers, developers, housebuilders and other clients. Using their initiative the person will be able to be hands on when times are busy and assisting with any supply/stock requirements of fabrics etc. Help in greeting customers at the showroom, co-ordinating diaries and customer feedback.

With a knowledge of dealing with customers, this exciting role gives the person a chance to prosper within the company.

Our contemporary furniture ranges from bedroom furniture to lounge and dining furniture and our modern showroom will display designs of oak, marble, metals and upholstery.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday - 08.30 - 17.00

Competitive Rates of Pay

**Duties/Responsibilities**:
**Business Co-ordinator**
- Keeping logs of visitors book
- Assisting sales person with visiting customers
- Researching furniture exhibition events for possible exhibitor attendance
- Maintaining the showroom to ensure tidy at all times for visitors and restoring any showroom accessories
- Ensuring stocks of materials, furniture available
- Providing administrative support for the salesperson
- Help in promoting products
- Researching customers expectations, feedback etc
- Supply chain involvement
- **Requirements**:_
- Experience as business co-ordinator or similar
- Experience in working within the furniture/retail industry
- Experience of using MS Office
- Excellent presentation and communications skills
- Knowledge of working with upholsterers/fabric companies but not essential
- Able to use initiative where needed

Pay: £25,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
