**Description**

The key responsibilities of this role will be wide reaching, and include but not be limited to-- Day to day management of a team of 10 Customer Service representatives
- Process analysis and improvement in all areas
- CRM roll out
- Liaising with departmental heads on a regular basis
- Devising and implementing strategy
- Upskilling the team
- Understanding customer needs and satisfaction
- Assisting sales by identifying sales opportunities with clients
- Adopting a proactive approach, identifying, isolating and resolving issues

**Profile**
- Have experience of process improvement
- Have experience in CRM roll-outs
- Be passionate and committed
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be approachable to both staff and colleagues
