Customer Service Agent Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Agent to join our team at a leading Transport and Freight Supplier in the Heathrow area. As a Customer Service Agent, you will play a crucial role in engaging and supporting customers in a consistently positive and friendly manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email, handling queries quickly and efficiently.
  • Ensure high standards of customer communication are maintained.
  • Liaise with the operations team, drivers, and warehouse staff to resolve customer issues.
  • Process and return hard copy PODs to customers within required timeframes.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal and external contacts through effective verbal and written communication.
  • Prepare and send Excel reports to customers as needed.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify challenges and implement solutions.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
  • Previous data entry experience.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and administration skills.
  • Ability to resolve customer queries in a calm and professional manner.

Working Hours

This is an office-based role, working 5 days a week from 08:00 to 17:00.
