Customer Service Agent Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Agent to join our team at a leading Transport & Freight Supplier in the Heathrow area. As a Customer Service Agent, you will play a crucial role in engaging and supporting customers in a consistently positive and friendly manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email, handling queries efficiently and maintaining high standards of communication.
  • Ensure team standards of customer communication are met, promoting a positive customer experience.
  • Liaise with operations teams, drivers, warehouse staff, and other depots regarding collections and deliveries.
  • Return hard copy PODs to customers within required timeframes.
  • Maintain effective verbal and written dialogue with internal and external contacts/users at all times.
  • Send Excel reports as required to customers.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify challenges and find solutions.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year's experience in a customer service role.
  • Previous data entry experience.
  • Good IT skills, with experience using Microsoft Word & Excel.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
