Sales and Customer Service Representative

RJ Talent Connect is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their expanding sales and customer service teams. With ambitious goals and a strong demand for their services, this opportunity is ideal for those looking to kick-start their career or further develop their skill set.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in daily office meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Conduct residential sales and engage in face-to-face interactions with customers at their homes to build strong relationships.
- Represent clients professionally, maintaining a positive brand image and upholding the company's values.
- Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset to drive success and achieve targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines and priorities.
- Flexibility to work a minimum of 4 days per week, with availability from Monday to Sunday (no fixed rota).
- Previous sales experience is advantageous but not essential, as comprehensive training and coaching will be provided.
- No specific qualifications required, but a willingness to learn and develop new skills is essential.
- Incentives available for individuals who drive, although it is not mandatory.
