Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team at Jackson Green Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our customer service desk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering Calls: Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls, providing clear and concise information to clients.
- Logging Calls: Accurately log all new incoming calls onto our in-house system, ensuring that all relevant details are recorded.
- Liaising with Teams: Collaborate with our technical teams, purchasing, account managers, schedulers, and directors to ensure that calls are actioned as required and clients are updated accordingly.
- Preparing Quotations: Prepare and send quotations to clients for parts and labor, ensuring that all necessary information is included.
Requirements:
- Previous Experience: Previous telephone-based customer service experience is essential for this role.
- Communication Skills: Possess a good, clear telephone manner and be able to communicate effectively with clients.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrate thoroughness and attention to detail in all aspects of the job.
- Organizational Skills: Be organized and able to identify and prioritize work effectively.
- Technical Skills: Demonstrate intermediate MS Office skills.
