**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Customer Care Associate to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing client relationships in the fine art shipping industry.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, including galleries and auction houses, to manage their specific requests and expectations during shipments.
  • Manage client requests and provide timely updates on shipment status.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client requests.
  • Provide quotations and pricing information to clients.
  • Track shipments and proactively update clients on their status.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in shipping, with a focus on managing client relationships in the fine art industry.
  • Previous experience working for a fine art handler or similar organization, such as galleries or museums.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong PC skills and proficiency in relevant software applications.

**Working Arrangements**

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, with the option to work from home on certain days after a probationary period.
