As a Wine Shipping and Logistics Lead, you'll be part of a dynamic team that shares your enthusiasm for the fine wine industry.

The Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to manage domestic and international wine shipping activities. As a key liaison between Crozier, our clients, and third-party shippers, you'll ensure seamless logistics operations, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Your expertise in international alcohol shipping regulations, customs declarations, and inventory management will be invaluable in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and organize wine shipping activities, both domestically and internationally, ensuring compliance and chain of custody.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, third-party shippers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Plan, schedule, and monitor shipping activities, including resource planning and stock organization.
  • Coordinate customs matters related to wine shipping and ensure compliance with under bond stock, HMRC reporting, and resource requirements.
  • Work closely with the wider Crozier business to ensure safety, security, and operational excellence.
Requirements
  • Experience working in fine wine logistics, with a proven track record of delivering top-end service.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (French advantageous).
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience with inventory management systems, G Suite, eCustoms, and EMCS.
