About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wine Shipping and Logistics Lead to join our team at Iron Mountain. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing domestic and international movements of wine and spirits, ensuring seamless logistics and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate wine shipping activities, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring shipments.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, third-party shippers, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and chain of custody.
  • Plan and implement SOPs and KPIs to ensure compliance with business requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate customs matters related to wine shipping, including customs declarations, invoices, and permits.
  • Ensure the seamless flow of activity during busy periods, including resource planning, stock organization, and communication with shippers and clients.
  • Maintain all aspects of Safety & Security at all times.
Requirements
  • Experience working in fine wine logistics, with a proven track record of delivering top-end service.
  • Strong organizational skills, with exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate at all levels, including fluent spoken and written English.
  • Ability to work under pressure, fulfilling multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Desire to learn and take on new challenges, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
