About the Role

Crozier Fine Arts is seeking a highly skilled Wine Shipping Project Manager to join our team in West Drayton, West London. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating the international shipping of fine wine and other high-end alcohol, ensuring timely and secure delivery to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate wine shipping activities, both domestically and internationally, ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, third-party shippers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Plan, schedule, and monitor shipping activities, including customs clearance and documentation preparation.
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure efficient and effective shipping operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including customs and excise laws.
  • Manage and coordinate resources, including personnel and equipment, to ensure timely and efficient shipping operations.
  • Collaborate with the wider Crozier business to ensure compliance with under bond stock, HMRC reporting, and resource requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in shipping and logistics, with a focus on fine wine and high-end alcohol.
  • Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and able to work under pressure, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in IT systems, including G Suite and eCustoms.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels, with fluent spoken and written English.
