The Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wine Shipping and Logistics Lead to manage domestic and international movements of wine and spirits. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, third-party shippers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and organize all wine shipping activities, both domestically and internationally, ensuring compliance with regulations and chain of custody.
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive business efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate and manage all customs matters related to wine shipping, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
  • Plan, schedule, and monitor shipping activities, ensuring resource allocation and stock management are optimized.
  • Communicate and work closely with the wider Crozier business to ensure compliance with under bond stock, HMRC reporting, and resource requirements.
Requirements
  • Experience working in fine wine logistics, with a proven track record of delivering top-end service.
  • Strong IT skills, including G Suite, eCustoms, and EMCS.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels, with fluent spoken and written English (French advantageous).
  • Strong people management skills, with a desire to learn and take on new challenges.
