Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Financial Administrator. As a Financial Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing financial transactions and ensuring accurate record-keeping. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform data entry and maintain financial records
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor accounts receivable/payable
- Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting
- Prepare financial reports and presentations
- Provide administrative support to the finance department
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
- Credit control

Qualifications:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with strong data entry skills
- An excellent understanding, and love, of figures
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred
- Knowledge of basic financial principles is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
