We are looking for someone who will be confident in making the role 'their own'

The role
- Working within our sales team, you will be supporting our sales team with order processing, dealing with orders from our B2C sales platforms and any customer service enquiries that come in throughout the day.
- Ongoing management of an inbox from which a range of tasks will be carried out daily.
- Retaining extensive product knowledge.
- Communicating clearly with other teams throughout the business.
- Attending some trade events to work on the Emma Ball stand, where you will meet existing customers.
- This is quite a wide ranging varied role, and although you'll be in the main processing orders
- there are other areas that make it somewhat varied.

Experience Required
- Minimum of 2 years in order processing
- Customer service
- Similar field/experience would be ideal but not essential.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: £24,000 per year
