Overview:
**Duties**:

- Receive and review customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Enter orders into the system accurately and promptly
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely order processing
- Communicate with customers regarding order status and updates
- Handle order modifications or cancellations as needed
- Assist in resolving any order-related issues or discrepancies
- Maintain organised records of orders and related documentation

**Skills**:

- Proven experience in order processing or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Good communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams
- SAGE Experience is essential for this role
- Proficiency in using Microsoft software
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Working hours for the role are Monday to Thursday 0900-1700 and Friday 0800-1600.

Pay Rate: £12.50 - £14.50 per hour dependent on experience.

Expected hours: 40 per week
