Sales Ledger Processor

**Job Purpose**:
The Sales Ledger Processer will be primarily responsible for the sales ledger and will support the Finance Manager with credit control however will have the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities and provide support to the wider Finance team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain the sales ledger, ensuring accuracy in billing and accurate onboarding of new customers.
- Support Credit Control with managing invoice queries and cash collection as and when required.
- Supporting the wider Finance team and providing reports upon request.
- Any other reasonable duties at the request of management.
**Requirements**:
- Must have sales ledger experience.
- Credit control experience would be an advantage, but not essential.
- Strong numerical skills with high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage own workload, work to deadlines and work well under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and a 'can do' attitude.
- Able to use excel to analyse and present data. Experience in XERO is an advantage but not essential.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and processes.
