Do you work in Admin? Are you looking for your next challenge? Freshcut Foods are currently looking to recruit a new Sales and Order Processing Clerk to effectively input daily sales orders from customers.

Freshcut Foods is the UK’s leading manufacturer of added value plant based ingredients. Our customers are major household names across the food service, retail, and delivery box sectors. Operating out of our three well invested sites in Nottingham, we continue our rapid expansion while remaining dynamic and leading the way in vegetable innovation.

We are looking for applicants who are hardworking, who take pride in their work, and have an eye for detail. You must also maintain a high level of accuracy in a fast paced environment. Good communication skills are also essential as you will be working as part of a team in this role.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

Ÿ To maintain and input sales orders into the company’s sales order system to include:

- Updating sales order system with new product information
- To input all daily sales orders and to publish daily production bible
- To issue product labels and delivery Notes
- To confirm delivery quantities and adjust as required
- To send out customer invoices
- To maintain records of sales orders, signed delivery notes and invoices to resolve any customer queries
- Talk to customers about any changes and urgent deliveries
- Liaise with Planning and Buying teams
- To ensure all orders are on the system and all labels, despatch notes etc are printed for following night and days production.
- To cover administration/accounts duties as required

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Experience in working in Admin
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Good computer skills
- Effective communicator to customers and internal
