A Business Process Administrator is responsible for carrying out administration tasks in relation to a specific Operational area as detailed above under broad direction. Some elements of supervision will be required.

**Day-to-Day Responsibilities**
- Management and Reconciliation of data processed on behalf of the customer
- Administration relating to the Outsourced Services such as Reference Data
- Support of systems managed on behalf of the customer that relate to the customers business
- Administration of user accounts access for customer systems
- Assist in the development of the Service ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Compile and maintain Service documentation including audit and compliance.
- Evaluating and documenting areas for improvement within the current Service procedures, audit trails and controls.
- Provide a support service to all users of the services and ensure policy requirements especially in the area of privacy and confidentiality are met.
