Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Pharmacy Business Team as a Business and Finance Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and financial support to the team, ensuring the smooth operation of our business processes.
Main Duties
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Providing administrative support to the Pharmacy Business Team, including maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Assisting with the preparation of invoices and purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Processing financial data, including reconciliations and accruals, to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Collaborating with the Pharmacy team to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring efficient and effective business operations.
- Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
