The Fidaris Group have partnered with a fast-growing start-up poised for success in the global market. With an innovative approach and ambitious goals, they're seeking a skilled Business Administrator to support their Global Sales Director and sales team
**Role Overview**:
As a Business Administrator, you will be crucial in supporting our Global Sales Director and sales team in achieving their objectives. This role requires adaptability, flexibility, and a drive to bring about positive change within our organisation. As our business continues to expand, this position offers significant opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to the Global Sales Director and sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, reports, and other materials as needed.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members.
- Maintain accurate records of sales data, expenses, and other relevant information.
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments within the company.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.
**The Person**:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
