**We have an exciting new role of Business Administrator available for someone with a huge flair for customer service and a champion for high presentation**

Acorn House is a newly renovated 64 bed care home situated in the centre of Nottingham, providing residential and specialist dementia care. The home is currently looking to find a **Business Administrator** to join the already fabulous team.

**What we can offer you as our Business Administrator;**
- Up to **£28,119.00** per annum, depending on skills and experience
- **Full time**, **permanent** contract
- **37.5 hours** per week, Monday - Friday
- Nottingham based; **NG5 2AT**

**What you can expect to be doing as our Business Administrator;**
- Delivery of administration service whilst acting as a liaison / ambassador to ensure communication is seamless between all residents, family members, visitors, and the management team
- Maintaining residents financial records, including collection of monies and maintenance of systems
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to market our facilities and proactively follow through on potential new clients. Facilitate tours, be responsive to enquires and build positive relationships
- Maintaining and updating of electronic files including but not limiting to staff and resident files.
- Day to day management of staff Rota including absence and annual leave
- Processing of payroll including management of timesheets, sickness, expense claims and any other ad-hoc queries.
- Management of financial information including resident invoicing, purchase ledger, reconciliation of the homes ledgers, petty cash, resident personal allowance.
- Maintaining and creating various reports, documentation for General Manager and SMT
- Day to day management and supervision of Reception Team
- General admin duties relevant to the needs of the home

**What we are looking for in a Business Administrator;**
- Excellent level of attention to detail, organisational skills and time management.
- Exceptional communication skills through various methods.
- Ability to prioritise effectively and work under pressure.
- Proficient in the use of IT, including Microsoft Office and internal software
- Experience of managing a busy office environment, including the supervision of a small team.
- Have a professional but kind and caring nature with the ability to deal with sensitive information.
