Finance Admin Assistant

As Temporary Finance Administrative Assistant Responsibilities include:
- Admin Support: Schedule meetings with auditors, cost centre managers, and stakeholders. Raise purchase requisitions and ensure timely processing.
- Basic Accounting Reconciliations: Assist with basic accounting reconciliations for accurate financial records.
- PO Management
- Audit Support: Collate audit samples/evidence for year-end audits.
- Project Management: Support basic project management tasks related to finance.
- General Admin Support: Assist with other basic administrative tasks.
Qualifications required:
- Proven administrative experience, preferably in finance.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and SharePoint is a plus.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
