Office Administrator

**Job Overview**:
**Duties**:
- Manage reception services and ensure effective communication and visitor management.
- Implement and maintain office administrative systems and procedures.
Manage ISO 9001-2015 Quality Management System, carry out internal audits and act as main point of contact for external audits.
- Update training records, arrange internal and external training.
- Vetting of sub-contractors and suppliers.
- HR Contracts/policies/enquiries/sickness/personnel files.
- Fleet management.
- Oversee Utility Contracts.
- Arrange servicing of Plant Maintenance and Machinery.
- Book travel and accommodation.
- Ordering and supply of PPE.
- Renew and maintain annual Health and Safety Accreditations, Safecontractor/Constructionline.
- Arranging emergency procedures including fire, security and first aid.
- Ensure all accidents are reported.
- Act as point of contact for External Health and Safety advisors for audits and risk assessments.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support.
- Liaise with Apprentice training provider to provide feedback and reviews for apprentices.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and regulations.
- Procuring office services and supplies.
**Qualifications/Experience**:
- Excellent People skills.
- Experience of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems. Previous experience of internal and external audits.
- Able to work as part of a team and independently.
We are offering a competitive salary dependant on experience, 20 days holidays plus statutory bank holidays (pro rata) and company pension.
