Responsibilities:

- Perform data entry tasks to maintain and update records
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Handle office tasks, such as filing, generating reports, and presentations
- Use computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting
- Answer and direct phone calls with proper phone etiquette
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial recordkeeping
- Utilize Google Suite for various office tasks
- Maintain an organized and tidy office environment

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in an administrative role with proficiency in data entry and clerical tasks in a Domicilary set up
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using computers and office software such as QuickBooks and Google Suite
- Excellent phone etiquette skills for professional communication
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
