About the Role:

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide administrative assistance to lawyers, including typing documents, making phone calls, and managing diaries
  2. Organise and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines and ensure efficient workflow
  3. Liaise with clients, colleagues, and external parties to provide excellent customer service
  4. Maintain accurate records, files, and databases to ensure compliance with company policies
  5. Contribute to the development of new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
