Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Surgery Reception and Administration Role to join our team in Plymouth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our GP Practice, including taking inbound calls from patients, booking appointments, managing post and documents, and updating patient details onto the database.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within a GP surgery, a good working knowledge of SystmOne or EMIS, and excellent telephone manner and customer services skills.

### Job Responsibilities:
- Take inbound calls from patients and respond to their queries
- Book appointments and manage patient schedules
- Manage post and documents, ensuring efficient and secure storage

### Requirements:
- Previous NHS GP experience using SystmOne or EMIS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
