Role Description

This role is part of the NHS Professionals team and requires an individual with strong communication and organizational skills to work as a Front Desk Agent Weekend. The successful candidate will provide administrative support services in the imaging reception areas, ensuring an efficient and effective service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • To provide a comprehensive reception and administrative support function in the imaging reception areas.
  • To maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it meets quality standards.
  • To receive and process post in a timely manner, ensuring accurate and efficient file management.
  • Effective communication with various stakeholders, including patients, clinicians, and colleagues.
  • Assisting with patient booking and record-keeping tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software, such as Microsoft Office.
  • Good knowledge of administrative procedures and protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing a high level of customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.

Working Arrangements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £12.08 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Schedule:

  • Every weekend
  • Monday to Friday
