Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Administrative Support Officer to join our team in the Faculty of Health. As an Administrative Support Officer, you will provide high-quality administrative support to the Executive Team, ensuring the smooth operation of the School Office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide routine support in the School Office, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Engage with a dynamic team, providing excellent customer support to the School's leadership team.
  • Arrange meetings, produce agendas and minutes, and provide other types of administrative support as required.
  • Experience in Microsoft applications is essential, with knowledge and experience of Microsoft SharePoint being desirable.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in a higher education setting.
