We are looking to recruit an Administrator, to join our friendly and outgoing team, in this fulltime, permanent role, you will be responsible for:
Reception duties, including, answering, and directing telephone calls to the relevant personnel, welcoming all visitors, and informing relevant personnel of their arrival.
Ensure office stock and stationery is replenished as and when required, including printing and photocopier facilities.
Register and maintain a list of warranties for all relevant equipment purchased.
Manage and maintain Outlook folders.
Maintaining the register and maintenance of Creative Construction Camera’s, Sat Nav’s and any other electrical equipment provided to site staff.
Ordering and allocation of PPE and company clothing
Allocation of keys and maintain documentation.
Filing and archiving of all relevant office and project documentation
Assist and support project team and when required, to include preparation and maintaining of site boxes, set up of site folders, assist with administration side of site sets up - H&S boxes, ordering of signage.

The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook along with demonstrated data entry and management skills.

General duties include assisting with:

- Phone reception
- Ordering and stock taking of office equipment, supplies and clothing/PPE
- Site support
- Fleet management
- Liaising with the Finance Department

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
