**About the role**:
We have an exciting opportunity within our HR department for a full time **HR & Recruitment Administrator Apprentice**. This position will report directly into the HR & Recruitment Supervisors and will be working closely with others in the team as well as the all internal Managers and the Senior Management Team.

This role is an excellent opportunity to develop your administration, communication, HR and Recruitment skills while earning a Level 3 CIPD qualification (equivalent to an A Level). There is plenty of opportunity for career progression too. In fact, many of our apprentices go on to hold permanent, full-time roles in the company after completing their apprenticeships.

The main responsibilities for this role include:

- A wide range of supportive activities within the HR & Recruitment team from day to day administration, arranging meetings to maintaining databases.
- Proactive engagement with issuing Contracts of Employment and all associated documentation.
- Support in documenting staff annual leave and absence.
- Ensuring smooth efficient and prompt communications with internal and external queries are acted upon.
- Undertaking accurate and timely audits and reviewing of documentation.
- Daily updating electronic staff records.
- Being part of or running exciting HR and Recruitment strategic projects
**About the person**:

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A reliable individual who is eager to learn
- Someone who can work with great accuracy
- A basic understanding of software such as Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
- GCSE's or equivalent in Maths and English (Grades A-C or levels 4-9)
