As HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR team and ensuring the smooth running of employee relations processes. This is a varied role that offers excellent opportunities to develop your skills and experience, and to make a real contribution to the success of the business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and data management.
- Maintain employee records and ensure all information is accurate and up to date.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.
- Assist with recruitment processes, including advertising vacancies, arranging interviews, and carrying out background checks.
- Answer questions from staff regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Support the payroll function, including processing new starters, leavers, and changes in hours/salary.
- Provide advice and guidance to managers on employee relations issues.
- Assist with the implementation of HR projects.
- Liaise with external organisations, such as HMRC and insurance companies.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in an HR role.
- Excellent knowledge of UK employment law.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
