This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday – Friday from offices based in North Norfolk. The salary on offer is £25,00 - £28,000 depending on experience.

The day to day
* Providing general administrative support to the HR team.
* Ensuring the HR system & all employee records are accurate and properly maintained.
* Providing support during the onboarding process, including inductions & reference requests
* Managing the HR inbox, responding to internal/external queries.
* Processing mileage and expense claims.
* Managing the staff absence record.
* Carrying out workstation assessments.
* Ordering stationary and uniforms for the team.
You will have/be
* Previous experience within an administrative/HR function.
* Excellent communication skills, confident liaising across all levels of an organisation.
* Detail oriented, with a high level of accuracy in your work.
* Confident user of Microsoft Office suite (including Word & Excel)
* Able to maintain confidentiality & work with integrity.
