HR Administrator

Our client has an exciting opportunity for a People Administrator to join their team. The team provide support in all aspects of the employee lifecycle including culture and engagement. You will assist the operational HR activity across the business and provide hands-on support to the People Team and the business teams as a whole.
This role will suit an experienced HR Administrator, looking for their next step up.
**The Role**
**General HR Support**
- Being the first point of contact for employee lifecycle administration.
**General Recruitment Support**
- Support with all recruitment activity such as posting adverts, organising interviews and liaising with agencies. Work with the Talent Acquisition Specialist to strategically source talent.
**Lifecycle Administration**
- Produce new joiner paperwork including formal offer and contract.
- Manage new joiner documentation and pre-employment checks such as obtaining relevant right to work checks and references.
- Track and monitor new joiner progress through relevant checklists.
- Manage new joiner inductions by ensuring all new people have a detailed induction plan and also schedule new starter buddies.
- Conduct HR Induction for new joiners.
- Organise business cards and name badges for new joiners.
- Ensure that new joiner details are uploaded to the HR system.
- Manage probation meetings and people check-ins.
- Support with administrating promotions/change of terms and conditions including update the HR System.
- Manage the leaver process including exit interviews.
**Data Management**
- Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation.
- Track and monitor absence data through the HR database.
- Producing reports on key HR metrics.
**Learning and Development**
- Maintain the Learning and Development system by processing new joiners and leavers.
- Ensure all employees are setup with the correct learning profile.
- Manage the company subscriptions and library (online and hard copy), including ordering appropriate learning materials.
- Manage internal training requirements such as first aid training.
- Assist with the Performance Development Review process by tracking and filing the documentation.
- Manage the online sites by adding new key personnel.
- Support with work experience and non-graduate activity.
- Monitor all L&D spend and process invoices, where applicable.
**Employee Relations**
- Support with investigation, disciplinary and grievance processes, where applicable.
**People Projects**
- Support with various projects as part of the People Plan.
**Additional**
- Manage the People Team Update communications
- Support with various administration activities including reception cover, sundries ordering and ad hoc office administration tasks.
**Requirements**:
- Experience gained within a professional services environment is preferable.
- Knowledge and experience of HRIS data bases and their capabilities to reduce manual administration.
- Previous experience as a HR Administrator
