**Hours**: 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday

**The company**:
Our client is a dynamic, family run business based in Norwich that provides management and consultancy services across the UK. They pride themselves on being a fun place to work and they’re looking for a proactive, hard working individual to join their HR/Corporate team. This is a new role to supplement business growth.

**Requirements for the role**:
You will need to have strong administration skills, an eye for detail, coupled with great communication skills. The role will be varied covering a spectrum of administration requirements within the HR & Corporate support areas.

**Duties will include**:

- Supporting general business enquiries
- Dealing with utilities suppliers for all of our sites
- Handling insurance cover and claims
- Administration of checking vehicles in and out, service schedules and MOTs for Company fleet.
- Posting job vacancies online
- Arranging and conducting interviews in conjunction with HR Manager or Line Managers.
- Issuing starter documentation and registering new employees
- Supporting the employee onboarding and employment lifecycle.
- Taking notes at formal meetings
- Helping to foster and improve company culture and instil company values and ethos nationwide.
- Supporting our health and safety practices and guiding and monitoring processes across the company to ensure a high level of health and safety is observed at all times.
- Updating our HR Software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Proactive
- Good IT understanding of Microsoft Packaged Software
- Previous experience within a corporate environment, fleet or customer service is advantageous
