Recruitment Administrator

R13 are proud to be supporting a multi-academy trust in their search for a **Recruitment Administrator** to join them in Norwich. You will provide administrative & clerical support on recruitment & HR within the establishment, ensuring compliance & operational standards are maintained.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable establishment that truly cares about what they do. You will be joining a supportive team that offers extensive progression opportunities to all staff through supportive & personalised training.
**Duties to include**:
- Undertaking HR & recruitment related administration tasks using relevant software.
- Supporting the recruitment process from advertising to issuing contracts.
- Writing adverts from job descriptions.
- Posting internal & external vacancies on the company websites & advertising platforms.
- Managing advertisements trackers & providing relevant updates.
- Liaising with external & internal stakeholders.
- Complying with legal obligations, including right-to-work checks & other vetting procedures.
**You will have/be**:
- Previous administration experience.
- Previous experience in HR or recruitment is desired but not essential.
- Good numeracy & literacy skills.
- Excellent communication with the ability to build stakeholder relationships.
- Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office & Google.
- Well organised with the ability to work of own initiative, to deadlines & under pressure.
- Excellent attention to detail.

This is a full time, permanent position working 8.30am - 4.30pm, Monday to Thursday, & 8.30am - 4.00pm on Friday. The offered salary for this opportunity is £22,400 per annum.
