**Recruitment Administrator**

Hours of Work: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (possibility to work from home Monday & Friday once trained)

Location: Norwich

Start: ASAP

Contract: Temp to Perm

NES Healthcare is looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join our team based in central Norwich. The role will initially be temporary with a view to go permanent. The role is dynamic and varied, encompassing all areas of admin for a team recruiting Doctors globally.

**Responsibilities (this list is not exhaustive)**
- Formatting CVs using Acrobat PDF software
- Answering the main line telephone (once trained)
- Collating data onto Excel spreadsheets
- Drafting offer letters & contracts of employment
- General admin support for a team of 4 recruitment consultants, and the recruitment director and manager

**Person Specification**
- Solid administration experience
- Good attention to detail
- Experience using PDF, Outlook & Microsoft Office
- Happy working to deadlines and under pressure on occasions
- Great team attitude, willing to chip in to any tasks as needed
