Recruitment Administrator

We are looking to hire a versatile Administrator on a full-time permanent basis. Working primarily from home with regular visits to the Norwich office being a requirement, the Administrator is to provide various office /administration support for its recruitment business.
**Duties**
- Format CVs on a daily basis
- Assist Finance department weekly with the distribution and filing of remittance advices
- Update the reports on Monday mornings and distribute to all prior to attending the meeting
- Carry out Customer Satisfaction Surveys using Microsoft Forms on a monthly basis, reporting feedback to staff & management
- Deal with planned and unplanned building & security maintenance. This will involve attending the Norwich office to meet tradespeople, carry out alarm tests etc. as required.
- Maintain various registers e.g., building maintenance, car parking, staff training
- Deal with any New Starter and Leaver administration as required
- Assist with any other ad hoc admin tasks as and when requested
**Required**
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Able to work effectively from home
- Able to make regular visits to the Norwich office as and when required
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Able to maintain a high standard of work under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
