Part Time Recruitment Administrator

Working for one of Norwich's most respected employers they have a vacancy for a part time (24 hours a week) Recruitment Administrator to join their team.
In this role you will be responsible for fulfilling the requirements for advertising, shortlisting, aptitude testing, coordinating, and attending assessment centres. You will be producing offer letters and contracts, completing Right to Work checks and ensuringa smooth onboarding process for all new employeees.
In addition to the above you will also have responsibility for:
- Organising employee attendance
- Building and maintaining relationships with key contacts
- Coordinating university placements and work experience
- HR administration activities as required
To be considered for this role you must have:
- Previous experience working in a similar role
- Be able to demonstrate excellent customer service
- Be a confident communicator
- Have excellent Microsoft outlook and Excel skills
- Be a team player
