A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Part Time Administrator to join a well established construction organisation based in Norwich.

**The Role**:
Responsible for the day-to-day office administration for the operations & sales teams.
- Filing
- Creating job files
- Processing wage information
- Chasing / collating relevant paperwork from Contract managers
- Ordering materials and arranging deliveries
- Liaising with site managers/supervisors
- Liaising with clients via telephone
- Screening of phone calls
- General ad hoc duties as required by the company
- Other such reasonable duties as instructed
- GCSE/A levels (or equivalent)
- Preferable experience within the construction industry
- Excellent administration and communication skills

**Hours of Work**:

- 10am-2pm, 5 days per week (20 hours)

**Reward and benefit**:

- 20 days annual leave per year (pro rota) excluding bank holidays
